Can I get a sample of your product?

Yes, we give free samples, but you have to pay for the shipping charges.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on the weight of the cart.

How long does delivery take?

It depends upon the area. Normally it takes 1-4 business days and 2 extra days for remote areas.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can, once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number.

What payment options do I have?

We have 5 modes of payment currently.
1)   PayPal
2)   Visa card or Mastercard
3)   Zip pays
4)   Bank transfer
5)   After pay
We don't save the credit card details, it's encrypted end-to-end. Your account is directly debited through the bank.

Where to find bank account details for bank transfer?

You will find the bank account details once you reach the checkout page.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

If you didn't receive any email after placing an order then there can be a spelling mistake in the email. Kindly add us in your list so all the emails land in your inbox.

Why would someone choose the option to depot?

If you choose to opt normal delivery then the courier will drop your parcel at the door also known as 'authority to drop' at your doorstep even if you aren't available.
But you can always choose to opt depot option. Some customers choose this option for various reasons.
1)   Don't find it safe to leave items on door
2)   Or they live in apartment with high security where couriers aren't acceptable
3)   Or they live in remote area and want to save some pennies for delivery
4)   Traveling

I made a mistake with my order; how do I change it?

Well you can make changes as long as the order is with us in our warehouse. We will make amendments, change the item or cancel it upon your request.
It's dispatched, then also we can make changes in the delivery but that will take a few days. For further information please contact us.

How do I know my order is being shipped?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a summary of your items, delivery and shipping method.

Can I change my delivery address once the order is shipped?

Yes, for orders with Express delivery we can change the shipping address 2 hours before it’s expected to be delivered. But remember this will take 24 hours to deliver on the new shipping address.
For orders placed with standard delivery we can't not take guarantee that an address can be changed or not. Please make sure to provide the correct address.

What is your return policy in case I don't want the items I ordered?

We try to provide best quality products to satisfy the customer needs, but still if your mind changes then you can return the items in its original condition within the 30 days of its purchase.
Please contact us through telephone or email us in case you want to return any goods. Our customer service will help you out with the procedure.

What if I received a damaged or faulty item?

Please don't panic! You can get a refund for that. Or we will replace it for free.
If you have received a damaged item, let us know. Send us a picture of it if it's possible or return it within 30 days of purchase.
